What is an LVL Lash Lift?
WHAT IS AN LVL LASH LIFT?
LVL is a brand of lash treatment created by Nouveau Lashes, it stands for Length, Volume & Lift. A treatment that will transform your lashes in an hour.
LVL is a low-maintenance, long lasting natural eyelash treatment with immediate results. Ideal for clients that don’t like the regular maintenance, feeling, cost or the time it takes for traditional lash extensions.
This treatment is also popular amongst clients who like to have lash extensions, but their own natural eyelashes are extremely straight or naturally point downwards. Clients find they need an LVL treatment prior to extensions to prevent the false lashes from pointing downwards also.
HOW DOES LVL LASH TREATMENT WORK?
Using a silicone pad placed on the eyelid and a serum, the lashes are straightened from the root. The pads come in various sizes to create the best curl and volume possible.
A tint is then applied to the lashes to darken them.
WHAT RESULTS CAN I EXPECT FROM LVL LASHES?
LVL treatment will naturally enhance your own lashes. The best way to describe it is to imagine the length and curl in your lashes when you have a good mascara on, they will look very similar to this but without the fuss of mascara!
It is a very natural lash treatment so your lashes will not look as full on as lash extensions or strip lashes.

HOW LONG DOES THE TREATMENT TAKE?
LVL Lash Lift usually takes between 45-60 minutes, this time is mostly taken up by waiting for the products to work their magic!
HOW LONG WILL LVL LASHES LAST?
The treatment lasts around 6-8 weeks providing they are looked after correctly.
WILL LVL LASH LIFT DAMAGE MY EYELASHES?
No. LVL products have been developed specifically for the lashes and will not damage them.

BEFORE LVL LASH LIFT TREATMENT
When attending your appointment at our clinic in Sidcup it is imperative you have clean eyelashes free from any make-up, moisturisers etc. In some instances, the natural lashes are too short to make a noticeable difference with LVL Lash Lift treatments, if we believe this is the case we will inform you before beginning the treatment.
AFTER LVL LASH LIFT TREATMENT
After treatment there are some simple aftercare instructions to follow to ensure your lash lift looks its best and lasts. The most difficult of these is keeping them dry for 48 hours, please be mindful when opening an oven door or entering a steamed bathroom as this will cause your lashes to become wet and can affect the results.
Aftercare Instructions:

Do not get lashes wet for 48 hours after treatment

Do not rub or pull at your lashes when removing eye-make up etc

No products containing oils should touch the lashes
You shouldn’t feel the need to use mascara after your LVL Lash Lift, however if you do, please do not use mascara for the first few days and ensure the mascara is not waterproof as the oils can affect the longevity of the treatment.
